Skis and snowboards are not insured against theft and breakage. These can be insured against theft and breakage on site or online with a nominal charge of 10% of the rental price. In this case, Sport-Stock assumes the risk of breakage and theft.
In the event of theft, a police report is required. Your deductible in the event of damage to the skis or the board depends on the category of rental equipment.
This insurance is not responsible for theft from fixed rooms (ski cellar) and at the apréski bar area.
In the event of willful damage, the repair costs will be charged.

In a cross-departmental development project, BOOTDOC and Easyrent technologies were combined in a 3D foot scanning system. ER_WIN measures the feet automatically and without contact, the result is displayed in seconds on a 15 “screen. It is not necessary to take off the socks, because the measurement is carried out with your own socks and the scanner ensures a hygienic, fast and uncomplicated process. For frequent use in ski rentals - especially in winter - the focus during development was on a robust construction: cameras and sensitive system components are completely integrated into the housing. The scanner is the ideal tool for an exact, contactless and fast rental process and offers both customers and sports retailers optimum digitization.
